Own the platform connecting ASAPP's GenerativeAgent to the real world: API Connections, SDKs, A2A interoperability, MCP servers, telephony/CCaaS integrations, and developer documentation. The Demo Engineer will build demo platforms for the Solution Engineering team, develop prototypes, and use AI coding tools for creating compelling demos while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Own ASAPP's end-to-end voice product: define strategy and roadmap for the voice pipeline (ASR, TTS, streaming, latency, model choices), manage vendor and telephony integrations, engage customers and account teams, prioritize work with measurable metrics, and ensure platform alignment and reliable production voice experiences for enterprise call centers.

Own and execute strategy and roadmap for the voice pipeline (ASR, TTS, streaming, latency, evals, model bets), manage vendor relationships and telephony integrations, prioritize features with customer-facing teams, define metrics and telemetry, and deliver measurable outcomes across voice experiences in enterprise contact centers.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the messaging platform, virtual agent, multi-channel deployments, and AI services. Own agent productivity, AI-assisted features, channel coherence, documentation, customer engagement, prioritization, and metrics to drive measurable product outcomes.

Own the data product that makes ASAPPs platform trustworthy and actionable: customer-facing dashboards, exports/real-time APIs, event/schema strategy, and data governance. Translate platform data into ROI metrics, run customer discovery, partner with Engineering and Data Science, and maintain trust by resolving data reliability issues.

Own the customer-facing data layer: roadmap for dashboards and analytics, data feeds/APIs, data strategy and schema design, customer discovery for KPIs, partner with engineering/data science, and maintain trust in data quality and availability to demonstrate GA value and ROI.
