Lead internal litigation for a multi-state behavioral health nonprofit: set strategy, manage mediations/arbitrations, oversee employment/commercial/regulatory/class action matters, supervise outside counsel, monitor budgets, advise executives/Board on legal risk, and track litigation developments affecting healthcare providers.

Serve as principal legal advisor on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters for a multi-state behavioral health system. Advise on Medicare/Medicaid, privacy, licensing, reimbursement, audits, and investigations; draft policies, coordinate agency responses, support transactions, deliver regulatory training, and prepare reports for leadership and the Board.
