Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components, build and maintain APIs in Go and/or Node.js, ensure security and scalability, write tested code, participate in reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.

Provide legal counsel across contract law, corporate governance, IP, employment law, and litigation. Draft and negotiate agreements, manage external counsel, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policies to mitigate legal risk.

The Network Administrator will manage network operations at venues, support IT initiatives, and document systems while maintaining strong relationships with various teams.
