Manage a book of personal insurance accounts: market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, respond to policy inquiries, maintain renewal controls and accurate account files, check endorsements/audits for accuracy, and serve as primary client contact.

Lead development and scaling of sanctions screening and AML/KYC programs for a global insurance broker. Build policies, integrate screening across systems, remediate hits, perform risk assessments, expand third-party diligence, deliver training, and produce documentation and regulatory notifications. Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and client services.

Process high-volume invoices and cash applications, maintain accounting documents, reconcile accounts and bank/checks, research and resolve discrepancies, verify supporting documentation, and meet service-level agreements.

Sell small commercial insurance by prospecting new clients, rounding out existing accounts, presenting quotes and proposals, cross-selling with producers, establishing automated service handoffs, maintaining production reports, assisting renewals and collections, and building a profitable book of business.

Serve as first point of contact: greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage mail/couriers, maintain supplies and reception area, and provide general administrative support to brokers and departments.

Sell and service auto insurance by building relationships with clients and dealerships, processing transactions (renewals, transfers, cancellations, payments), meeting sales targets, cross-selling Personal & Commercial lines, and providing exceptional customer service. Weekend/evening availability and occasional dealership travel required.

Advise new and existing clients by phone on auto insurance, handle renewals, transfers, cancellations and payments, document calls, place outbound retention calls, manage inbound volume, upsell and cross-sell products, meet sales and telephone metrics, process payments, and perform administrative tasks using ICBC Policy Centre, BMS EPIC and other systems.
