Provide technical and clerical support to Account Managers for Commercial Lines accounts, focusing on preparing certificates of insurance, data entry in broker management systems, document retrieval and electronic filing, maintaining suspense systems, quality-control reviews, and delivering professional customer service while adhering to HUB broker standards.

Sell and grow a personal lines book through new business development, account rounding, cross-selling, and referral relationships. Manage client relationships, assess risk, design coverage for complex/high-value assets, advocate on claims, engage carriers, and meet sales targets while monitoring renewals and portfolio changes.

Service assigned commercial insurance accounts alongside a Producer: analyze coverages, recommend solutions, prepare applications and proposals, manage transactions and certificates, maintain agency data, develop client relationships, grow business from existing accounts and leads, and support departmental production goals.

Advise clients and structure cyber and Tech E&O insurance programs for complex Canadian risks. Analyze contracts and cyber posture, negotiate policy wordings with insurers, develop placement strategies across domestic and international markets, support clients during incidents, and educate clients on evolving threats and regulatory requirements.

Manage a book of employee benefits clients, develop and execute multi-year benefits strategies, liaise between clients, administrators and carriers, lead enrollments and renewals, perform market analysis and benchmarking, resolve escalated service issues, handle billing/reconciliation, and coordinate cross-functional implementation.

Support regional sales enablement by managing CRM and sales tools, coordinating events and campaigns, creating/editing collateral and presentations, preparing monthly sales reports, and assisting with digital marketing (Dynamics 365). Provide administrative support to sales leaders, handle referrals and HUB brand requests, and collaborate on sales enablement projects.
