Responsibilities include answering coverage questions, preparing market analyses and proposals, processing renewals and carrier submissions, supporting open enrollment, resolving billing and eligibility issues, conducting presentations, and mentoring customer service representatives. Requires employee benefits insurance experience, strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a current Texas Life, Health and Accident license.
