Assists with regulatory filings, special projects, process controls, and coordination across departments. Requires knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, analytical and organizational skills, discretion with sensitive information, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data retrieval applications.

Coordinates end-to-end strategic proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Analyzes requirements, develops timelines and storyboards, collaborates with sales, account management, communications, and subject matter experts, and packages high-quality final responses. Maintains proposal libraries, corporate success data, workflows, and response resources. Supports finalist presentations, new-group implementation, and client-retention activities while contributing strategy, storytelling, and sales support.

Prepare and reconcile complex accounts, maintain general ledger, process journal entries, support month/quarter/year-end closes, analyze variances, produce management reports, assist budgeting and audits, present findings, and provide guidance to other accountants.
