The Cloud Solutions Architect will develop system upgrades, manage cloud services, integrate new technologies, and ensure secure architecture while providing maintenance and support.

As an Incident Response Expert, you will lead and provide technical expertise in cyber incident response, threat hunting, and containment, while advising on mitigation strategies and producing reports for stakeholders.

The Incident Manager will analyze and respond to cyber threats, enhance vulnerability management capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve security measures.

Support a government Sponsor by coordinating policies, schedules, QA reviews of CSAs/SLAs, documenting business processes, supporting data calls, release/configuration management, and maintaining the Agile product backlog to align releases and sprints.

Administer and secure Sponsor cloud R&D and production environments: perform O&M, troubleshooting, backups/restores, software and middleware patching, server builds (hardware and virtual), deployment support, system hardening (Linux/Windows), manage access control and security (PKI/SSL/firewalls), monitor alarms/audit events, and provide guidance on cloud and platform operations.

Provide development, test, and production database server support and O&M for Sponsor projects: patches, installations, migrations, backups/recovery, deployments, optimization, and capacity planning with architects.

Provide software testing and validation across unit, functional, integration, regression and acceptance testing. Develop and maintain test plans, automated test scripts, test documentation, and validation reports. Ensure builds meet sponsor standards, comply with regulations and accessibility requirements, and support UAT with project teams and stakeholders.

Support mission-focused technology integration for federal cyber incident response: lead use case identification, gather and document requirements, facilitate stakeholders, define success criteria, develop business cases, track requirements traceability, document workflows, measure pilot outcomes, and support governance, briefings, and continuous improvement to ensure disciplined pilot scope and transition decisions.

Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures to support incident response operations. Lead migrations, build IaC and automation, enforce security controls, collaborate on CI/CD, troubleshoot complex issues, and adapt architectures for dynamic mission needs.

Support onsite incident response for government agencies: track/manage cases from submission to delivery, research and evaluate commercial and open-source cyber technologies, perform hands-on testing, maintain inventory of tools/data, engage requestors to align solutions with mission needs, and assist mitigation and restoration efforts.
