Manages relationships with high-value financial advisor offices using the AssetMark platform. Provides personalized service, proactive training, operational support, issue resolution, and communication regarding platform initiatives and policy changes. Partners with service, operations, new business, and sales teams to improve advisor satisfaction and retention. Monitors trading exceptions, coordinates with custodians, supports process improvements, and occasionally travels to advisor offices.

Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates sales training curriculum across instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, and on-demand formats. Collaborates with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and business partners to address learning needs. Creates scalable coaching and enablement resources, manages content and curricula in Absorb, Seismic, and Yoodli, supports training programs, and applies ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation principles.

Leads cross-functional business transformation and technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation and post-production monitoring. Translates business needs into functional, technical, process, and data requirements; partners with Engineering and Data teams; manages dependencies, risks, milestones, testing, and implementation. Leads requirements gathering and develops scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, semantic models, and self-service BI products. Partners with Analytics Engineering on Snowflake canonical models, dbt transformations, data quality, testing, and migration from legacy platforms. Applies responsible AI-assisted tools, mentors analysts, establishes standards, coordinates delivery across stakeholders, and drives adoption and business impact.

Provides executive administrative support to the EVP, Head of Advisor Sales, including calendar, travel, meetings, expenses, events, and confidential information. Coordinates AssetMark’s charitable giving program, employee campaigns, volunteer initiatives, nonprofit partnerships, communications, records, reporting, and onsite activities in Concord. Manages program systems, deadlines, documentation, employee inquiries, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting sales and marketing events.

Owns data pipelines and feature groups supporting money movement and custodial integrations. Develops product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, RFCs, UX concepts, test plans, and priorities while partnering with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders. The role requires managing multiple software features, integrating external provider APIs, using analytics for decisions, leading planning meetings, and mentoring junior product managers within a wealth management technology platform.

Drives adoption of AssetMark’s Private Wealth and other wealth solutions among independent financial advisors across an assigned Texas or Florida territory. Responsibilities include consultative selling, advisor relationship development, portfolio and wealth strategy support for HNW and UHNW clients, pipeline and territory management, presentations, industry event participation, and collaboration with internal investment and planning specialists. The role is fully remote but requires regular regional travel.

Develop and test software features using modern programming languages and web technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, debug technical issues, document code and processes, participate in code reviews, and continuously expand technical expertise through mentorship. The role is designed for recent graduates or engineers with up to three years of experience and offers a path toward increasing ownership and complexity.

Conduct quantitative investment research, develop equity and fixed-income security selection strategies, build alpha models, perform backtesting and statistical analysis, and support portfolio construction and risk management. The role leads multi-asset factor risk model development and maintains investment dashboards, reports, and analytical tools while collaborating with portfolio managers to improve systematic investment decisions.

Leads AssetMark’s advisor marketing strategy, team, roadmap, campaigns, content, educational programs, thought leadership, surveys, lead generation, and AI-related initiatives. Oversees a white-label advisor marketing program, evaluates marketing technology vendors, manages cross-functional partnerships, and measures engagement, adoption, leads, ROI, and business growth. The role manages two direct reports and requires strong financial services marketing, advisor engagement, program management, communication, and analytics expertise.
