Build and operate the technical infrastructure supporting account-based demand generation. This role creates Clay workflows, manages HubSpot architecture, develops integrations and data pipelines, analyzes signal quality and conversion, and supports ABM campaign launches. Responsibilities include data enrichment, lead scoring, routing, deduplication, data-quality audits, tool evaluation, and workflow optimization. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Development, Partnerships, and Client Services to prioritize and route high-propensity accounts.

Leads the enterprise technology operations strategy, roadmap, investment portfolio, governance, and performance framework. Oversees workflow transformation, automation, operational scalability, vendor partnerships, technology adoption, and cross-functional delivery. Establishes KPIs, manages business cases and value realization, ensures operational continuity and compliance, and drives measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, client outcomes, and revenue cycle performance through internal leaders and global partners.

Lead new customer acquisition and growth for complex hospital revenue cycle services. Meet bookings and quota, qualify prospects, manage sales process from meetings to contract, maintain Salesforce, represent company at events, and collaborate on sales/marketing strategies.
