Handles complex public entity general liability claims involving serious injuries, coverage disputes, legal inquiries, and litigation. Reviews reports, develops resolution and defense strategies, coordinates with clients, attorneys, investigators, and local counsel, manages settlements and subrogation, adjusts reserves, approves expenses, and participates in mediations, trials, arbitrations, and hearings.
