Design and deliver training programs for claims management systems and California workers' compensation; consult with stakeholders to identify needs; develop, update, and evaluate curricula and materials; train instructors and deliver courses (classroom and online); create assessments, reports, and recommendations; maintain product and regulatory knowledge; support Sedgwick University and travel as required.

Participate in a 4-week claims training program, then assist in adjusting workers' compensation claims under supervision. Investigate claims, gather medical/employer information, determine coverage and compensability, communicate with claimants and providers, document files, administer benefits, maintain compliance, and attend meetings and reviews. Mentor and manager support provided for career growth.
