The Director of Workforce Planning & Operations Analytics is responsible for labor performance systems, operational excellence, and strategic workforce planning across Infinite Kitchen Centers. They ensure effective labor modeling, reporting, and cross-functional integration, aiming for productivity improvements and system scalability.

Manage and grow Grubhubs largest enterprise merchant portfolios through strategic account planning, consultative ad sales, co-marketing, product adoption, performance analysis, and executive relationship management. Serve as a product expert, lead demos/troubleshooting, mentor junior team members, and influence cross-functional teams to protect revenue and drive long-term retention and growth.

Oversee Ignite and related procurement tools while developing standardized metrics, automated reporting cadences, and Looker visualizations.

Lead end-to-end consumer product strategy for Blue Apron subscription journeys, driving conversion, retention, churn reduction, and LTV through data-driven experimentation, cross-functional partnership, and lifecycle product initiatives.
