Procurement Associate manages supplier relationships, purchase orders, inventory levels, delivery timing, raw-material quality concerns, forecasting updates, new-material launches, and waste-reduction reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with merchant, forecasting, warehouse operations, accounts payable, culinary, and operational teams. It requires at least two years of supply chain experience, preferably in foodservice or retail, and follows a hybrid schedule with three office days weekly.

Project-based intern supporting data analysis and process improvement for procurement and construction workflows. Lead technical direction for backend supply chain systems spanning ordering, planning, production, inventory, and fulfillment. Design cross-system architectures, event models, service boundaries, and data contracts; build scalable integrations with warehouse and supplier systems; improve resilience, throughput, inventory accuracy, and cost. Mentor senior and staff engineers, lead technical initiatives and design reviews, and drive systemic improvements through postmortems and architectural decisions.

Lead FP&A forecasting, reporting models, financial analysis, and strategic modeling. Partner with Finance, Growth Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to analyze performance, identify trends and variances, improve financial systems and reporting processes, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The role also manages stakeholder relationships and drives process automation and continuous improvement.

Develop robotics software bridging high-level orchestration and low-level machine control. Build scalable, reliable Python control systems, scheduling algorithms, simulations, and test suites. Integrate software with sensors, actuators, electronics, and mechanical systems; adapt software to new hardware; improve machine error handling; and own software components from concept through deployment and support while collaborating with software, hardware, and product teams.

Design, program, test, debug, and commission control software for automated machinery and robotic systems. Integrate sensors, actuators, pneumatic systems, motion systems, and I/O; troubleshoot physical equipment in the lab; support machine lifecycles; document specifications and operating guides; and maintain control system schematics. The role works closely with senior engineers and requires hands-on collaboration with hardware and active machinery.

Lead cross-functional finance and business initiatives from planning through implementation. Manage process redesign, compliance rollouts, organizational restructuring, M&A integration, financial system implementations, and operational enhancements. Establish project roadmaps, timelines, resources, milestones, risk controls, and reporting. Partner with Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and executives on stakeholder alignment and change management, including communications, training, and operational handoffs.

Analyze customer, order, campaign, cohort, and promotional data using SQL, BigQuery, DBT, and Looker. Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance, A/B tests, churn, and customer behavior. Validate marketing data, manage an AI analytics chatbot, formulate hypotheses, and translate findings into visual presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership.
