Lead modernization from MS SQL to AWS RDS, support HA/DR and multi-region active-active, automate administration and data pipelines to Snowflake, assist developers with query tuning, and provide technical guidance and documentation. Be available for production incident response.

Provide advanced technical support for merchants and developers integrating with PayTrace API, maintain integration documentation, research data flows and file formats, and assist IT with process design and workflows. Ideal for recent IT graduates pursuing a developer career.
