Manage daily operations with 3PLs, streamline logistics processes, handle freight invoicing and claims, support inbound transportation and international compliance, lead KPI reporting and training, assist ERP transition and plant shipping teams, and serve as escalated contact for cross-functional freight issues.

The Sales Applications Engineer will support account managers by selecting and pricing product applications, collaborating on technical requirements, and ensuring customer specifications are met.

Develop, test, and modify fan prototypes and models; create CAD models and detail drawings; design electrical control panels and generate electrical diagrams/BOMs; support test plan development, troubleshooting, and manufacturing; research new technologies and provide customer design/service support as needed.

Execute and support strategic sourcing for key manufacturing categories, analyze supplier performance, participate in supplier segmentation and audits, drive supplier improvement and OTIF performance, partner cross-functionally on NPD and supplier projects, and use ERP/data tools to standardize sourcing practices and resolve escalations.
