Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for a mixed macOS/Windows environment, triage and escalate issues, provision systems via NinjaOne, manage SSO/identity with Okta and Google Workspace, support corporate AV (Google Meet/Zoom Rooms), document processes, and collaborate with infrastructure teams.

Design, build, and maintain AI assistants and automation workflows across HR, Finance, and Operations. Develop agentic AI, RAG, and integrations using APIs, middleware, and automation platforms. Ensure secure, scalable deployments, measure ROI, document solutions, and train teams on AI-assisted workflows.
