Drive growth and management of the IBM portfolio by providing product expertise, sales and quoting support, partner engagement and enablement, managing promotions and rebates, supporting forecasting and pipeline activities, and assisting marketing and demand-generation efforts.

Designs, develops, tests and documents software solutions for Oracle EBS R12 covering Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. Codes in SQL/PLSQL/Forms, supports upgrades, troubleshoots issues, coordinates cross-timezone stakeholders, mentors junior staff, and contributes to process improvements.

Provide technical presales support and solution design for IBM offerings: engage partners/customers, design architectures, validate sizing/licensing, run demos and POCs, deliver trainings, and act as technical interface between IBM and channel partners to enable sales and partner success.

Work with PCIe and AMBA interfaces, ARM fabric IP, IP-XACT, and report progress to customers. Onsite work at client locations (San Jose or Austin).

Lead system validation for embedded products: design test plans/cases, execute and analyze tests, report defects, prepare test reports, support debugging of ECU hardware, and estimate validation efforts.

Lead and execute physical design activities for semiconductor blocks: floorplanning, placement, clock-tree synthesis, routing, timing closure, power optimization, and signoff. Collaborate with RTL, timing, and verification teams, drive timing convergence, resolve DRC/LVS issues, and mentor junior engineers to deliver tapeout-ready layouts.

Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines (batch and real-time), integrate multiple data sources, implement ETL/Spark/AWS Glue workflows, enforce data quality and monitoring, optimize pipelines for ML/analytics, document systems, and ensure data security and compliance while collaborating with analysts and security teams.

Sell and grow customer accounts for independent electronic component distribution across Benelux. Source new business, reactivate dormant accounts, develop pricing and proposals, manage order-to-invoice lifecycle, monitor market dynamics, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, develop, test, and update computer hardware and embedded systems. Create schematics and prototypes, perform analog/mixed‑signal and power supply design, run lab testing, ensure EMC/EMI compliance, and support manufacturing handoff and validation.
