Manages complex eDiscovery matters across the full EDRM lifecycle, including legal holds, custodian interviews, collections, processing, review, analytics, production, reporting, quality control, and matter closeout. Advises legal, compliance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders; coordinates multiple concurrent projects; manages risks and deliverables; supports eDiscovery platforms; and mentors team members while improving processes and workflows.

Responsibilities include scoping, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, client communication, functional design workshops, configuration guidance, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation review. The role serves as a CLM subject matter expert, manages cross-functional project teams and client expectations, and ensures projects meet requirements, budgets, schedules, and strategic objectives.

Develop and sell eDiscovery and Document Review services to corporations and law firms. Build and manage sales pipelines, identify client needs, present tailored solutions, manage opportunities through close, maintain client relationships, execute account penetration strategies, and attend networking events. The role requires a proven record of exceeding revenue targets and at least five years of eDiscovery sales experience.

Design and prototype AI-enabled legal workflows using generative AI, agentic processes, legal data, enterprise platforms, and human-review controls. Translate legal tasks into repeatable workflows, prompts, agents, integrations, testing frameworks, and scalable services. Partner with lawyers, legal operations, product, technology, and client teams to evaluate AI solutions, establish quality standards, and operationalize successful prototypes across eDiscovery, investigations, managed services, and legal operations.

Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery matters from initiation through completion, serving as the primary client contact. Oversee discovery workflows, schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, reporting, and deliverables while advising on data collection, processing, review, and production. Collaborate with legal, IT, and cross-functional teams; manage client expectations; support business development; and mentor junior project team members.

Supports strategic account managers in retaining and expanding client relationships. Responsibilities include client engagement setup, Salesforce opportunity management, contract coordination, workflow compliance, communications monitoring, reporting, presentation preparation, invoice quality control, account analysis, client meetings, and cross-functional coordination. Requires legal-industry support experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, and polished communication.

Lead end-to-end Ironclad CLM implementations for multiple clients, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and change control. Coordinate solution architects, legal engineers, delivery managers, and client stakeholders through discovery, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live. Provide executive reporting, manage expectations, ensure SOW alignment, and improve delivery standards and methodologies.

Reviews outside counsel invoices for accuracy, compliance, reasonable charges, billing guideline adherence, and expense documentation. Identifies discrepancies and unauthorized or excessive charges, communicates findings, supports legal spend budgeting and cost control, trains law firms, maintains billing policies, manages e-billing workflows, and reports legal spend and compliance metrics.
