Serve as the technical face to clients: discover needs, design tailored solutions, support pre-sales with demos, scope projects, oversee implementations, maintain relationships, and provide post-implementation support and industry insight.

Lead design and development of Salesforce managed packages (2GP), ensure secure, scalable architectures, implement integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events), oversee CI/CD with SFDX and Git, prepare for AppExchange security review, review code and mentor developers, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead and audit SQA teams across managed-service and fixed-price projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client requirements. Track audits and progress in JIRA, define quality metrics, present findings to senior leadership, manage risks and drive continuous process improvements.

Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, headhunting passive candidates, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, vendor management, and ATS-driven pipeline/reporting to meet hiring needs across levels.

Lead marketing strategy, planning, and execution across social and content channels (LinkedIn primary). Build processes, SOPs, and a predictable delivery engine. Own brand messaging and positioning, guide content ideation, manage employer branding with HR, track core metrics, and lead a cross-functional team of writers, designers, editors, interns, and agencies to deliver timely, high-quality content.

Manage multiple internal IT projects through full lifecycle: planning, execution, and close-out. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, run Agile ceremonies, maintain Azure DevOps backlog and reporting, monitor project health (milestones, budget, risks), drive process improvements, and communicate status to stakeholders while supporting PMO and product roadmap transitions.
