Provide administrative and sales support to station sales staff: order entry, schedule maintenance, audience delivery tracking, campaign analysis and reporting, presentation development, ensure standardized order coding, resolve discrepancies, and deliver high-level customer service using WideOrbit platforms.

Lead technical owner for local broadcast and IT systems: design architecture, lead major engineering projects, integrate studios/control rooms/transmission, maintain servers, networking and storage, ensure regulatory and security compliance, mentor engineers, and support 24/7 operations including on‑call duties.

Support Account Executives with post-sale campaign implementation, maintenance, and reporting across broadcast and digital. Manage client schedules, coordinate contracts and order entry, track audience delivery and KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to retain and grow business while delivering excellent customer service.

Maintain, integrate, operate and support broadcast equipment and video workflows for a central hub supporting Tegna stations. Troubleshoot signal paths, create wiring and system documentation, stay current on broadcast technologies, perform physical installation/repairs, and support 24x7 operations.

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals, prospecting new opportunities, upselling clients, and creating marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms. They will collaborate with the Account Management team and represent TEGNA positively in the community.
