Produce and report multiplatform local news: develop story ideas, cultivate sources, write, shoot and edit for on-air, streaming and digital; report live, post daily to digital platforms, perform community/talent appearances, and respond quickly to breaking news.

Lead and mentor the weather team; create engaging daily weathercasts across TV and digital; plan and execute severe weather coverage; manage schedules, hiring, graphics technology, community outreach, and multiplatform audience engagement.

Lead and manage the morning newsroom: set long-term strategy, coach producers and journalists, oversee editorial and on-air execution, approve scripts, coordinate breaking and enterprise coverage, recruit staff, ensure compliance with brand and FCC rules, and manage schedules and newsroom operations.

The Anchor and Multi-skilled Journalist will report, gather content, anchor newscasts, and develop community stories for various media platforms.

Sell integrated advertising solutions across TV, OTT, streaming, and digital channels. Build strategic go-to-market plans, grow agency relationships, meet revenue targets, negotiate deals, and use data/analytics to optimize campaign performance.

Write, edit and distribute breaking local news across website, mobile, streaming and social platforms. Curate and package digital stories, apply AP style and SEO, use audience data to inform coverage, monitor social listening, and support newsroom integrity and fast-paced, shift-based operations.

Produce and shape daily newscasts and streaming content by pitching stories, writing for multiple platforms, combining video/graphics/sound, covering live and breaking news, using data analytics to guide rundowns, and ensuring diverse community voices are represented.
