Supports the Defense Health Agency with federal acquisition and procurement activities. Reviews proposals, conducts price and cost analysis, determines price reasonableness, develops negotiation positions, resolves complex contracting issues, and provides expert guidance on Federal and DoD contracting principles. The role requires extensive Federal procurement experience, including time as a GS-1102 contracting officer, contract specialist, or procurement analyst.

Analyze current architecture, assess future technology trends, and recommend improvements while guiding a team of engineers, developers, and system administrators. The role requires expertise with F5 load balancers, Oracle databases, Oracle Forms/Reports 12c, Java/J2E, and Microsoft Office 365.

Lead Risk Management Framework activities for Army systems, capabilities, and services. Maintain eMASS records, develop System Security Plans, assign security controls, address STIGs and vulnerabilities, update POA&Ms, conduct security scans and reviews, and prepare ATO documentation. Coordinate deliverables, priorities, and process updates with Government project leads while applying DoD and Army cybersecurity policies.

Supports DTRA's Global Threat Reduction Directorate with DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and budget execution. Tracks funding, commitments, obligations, disbursements, burn rates, and unliquidated obligations; develops POM materials, budget exhibits, cost estimates, and financial reports. Maintains and reconciles data across PBMT, DAI, and JICAP, supports acquisition and audit-readiness activities, and provides financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.

Supports SEC litigation and eDiscovery through database administration, data collection and processing, production quality control, chain-of-custody tracking, workflow development, user training, reporting, and technical project coordination. The role troubleshoots file and platform issues, audits productions, manages vendor workflows, and communicates escalations to government stakeholders. It requires extensive litigation support, information technology, eDiscovery processing, quality assurance, and project documentation experience.

Supports Defense Health Agency federal procurement activities by analyzing acquisition proposals, costs, pricing, and contract requirements. Provides expert guidance on Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, DoD policies, and acquisition procedures. Develops negotiation positions, resolves complex contracting issues, coordinates stakeholders, and formulates implementation guidelines. The role requires extensive Federal procurement experience, including government service in the 1102 contract specialist or procurement analyst series.

Supports the Army’s cPROBE data repositories and database layer by designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, secure, high-performance data infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing interfaces and APIs, minimizing data access latency, defining data and metadata requirements, designing data warehouses, implementing business rules, facilitating change control, and conducting data verification and testing. The role also coordinates with architects, programmers, analysts, and engineers while providing product support and maintenance.
