Leads and scales Watershed’s globally distributed Solutions organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role owns team hiring, coaching, structure, processes, and performance while partnering with Sales, Product, Security, and Customer leadership. Build and ship full-stack software for an enterprise sustainability platform. Responsibilities include developing APIs, data models, data pipelines, interactive climate-data visualizations, and customer-facing tools across backend and frontend systems. The role involves collaborating with product, design, climate science, and data science teams, speaking with customers, learning the climate domain, and helping shape a growing engineering organization.

The Product Designer will lead the design of Watershed's ESG reporting application, ensuring competitive product development, customer satisfaction, and leveraging AI tools for effective design and user experiences.

As a Software Engineer at Watershed, you will build robust systems, manage integrations, and work across the full stack to meet customer needs while contributing to the enterprise sustainability platform.

Own end-to-end customer relationships for EMEA enterprise accounts, onboard and train customers on Watershed, drive adoption and value, advise on climate plans and carbon marketplace use, gather customer feedback to inform product and services, and help customers achieve retention and business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end strategic partnerships: identify and onboard ecosystem partners (consultants and SIs), negotiate terms, drive partner-sourced sales pipeline, own partner success, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal and Finance to influence GTM and revenue outcomes.

Join Watershed's sustainability AI reporting team to prototype, build, and productionize AI features (LLMs, embeddings) for information extraction and report generation. Ship production-ready, well-tested full-stack code and keep systems current with state-of-the-art AI to deliver customer-facing product features.

Develop and maintain sustainability methodologies that translate climate science, GHG accounting standards, and regulatory requirements into auditable product logic. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, customers, auditors, and stakeholders; review code, write technical specifications, contribute to implementations and testing, investigate complex sustainability data questions, and document scientific decisions. The role applies sustainability expertise to real-world business data and product capabilities.
