Develop backend services and APIs that help onboard new banking clients into production. Integrate with client core-provider APIs and third-party services for checkbook ordering and ACH transfers, improve product services, and accommodate client-specific account-opening workflows. Collaborate with clients and product teams, design scalable solutions, write tested and documented code, address error handling and edge cases, and provide technical guidance and code reviews.

Develop backend services and APIs that streamline client activation and production onboarding. Build and enhance integrations with core provider APIs, checkbook ordering, ACH transfers, and product services. Collaborate with clients to understand account-opening nuances and partner with product teams to incorporate them into the platform. Write clean, documented, tested code; address error handling, logging, edge cases, system design, performance, and architectural tradeoffs. Provide technical guidance and code reviews.

Leads customer-facing value consulting engagements for financial institutions using platform usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and industry trends. Translates business objectives into recommendations, value narratives, ROI-oriented insights, and client-ready presentations. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management to support adoption, optimization, renewals, expansions, and retention. Independently manages complex engagements, adapts frameworks to ambiguous scenarios, and shares client insights with internal product and go-to-market teams.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise sales in financial services: design solution architecture, integrations, demos, POCs and RFP responses; influence executives, mentor peers, and inform product direction while managing up to 50% travel.
