Designs and manages Azure infrastructure using Bicep and Azure Verified Modules, including enterprise landing zones, networking, compute, storage, containers, security, monitoring, and automation. Develops multi-stage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, implements DevSecOps controls, manages Git workflows, creates automation scripts, and maintains technical documentation. Requires deep Azure infrastructure expertise, strong scripting and pipeline skills, and experience with cloud security, containerization, IaC validation, and operational monitoring.

Resolves moderately complex incidents and requests using established guidelines and judgment, escalates complex issues to resolver teams or vendors, applies analytical problem-solving skills, and supports L1 agents with day-to-day questions.

Leads enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Responsibilities include software deployment, patching, device enrollment, compliance, troubleshooting, application packaging, reporting, automation, security updates, and lifecycle management across Windows, iOS, and Android devices. The role also improves service processes, integrates Autopilot and Azure services, develops PowerShell-based automation, and resolves deployment and infrastructure incidents.

Leads business availability and disaster recovery strategy for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments. Oversees high-availability configurations, backup and recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, patching, migrations, and database administration across production, test, development, and DR systems. Partners with leadership, developers, and data users to establish policies, improve reliability, and deliver resilient database solutions.

Performs quality assurance engineering for ServiceNow applications, including reviewing requirements, creating test plans and cases, developing automated tests with ATF, executing tests, analyzing results, documenting findings, troubleshooting defects, and communicating recommendations. The role also estimates testing effort, supports quality initiatives, and mentors junior testers.
