Provide Level I/II hands-on and remote desktop support for Windows and macOS, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity, use SCCM imaging, apply patches, support deployments and remote employees, meet SLAs, and collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and user experience.

Lead and manage the QA framework and audit program for Agency Operations, ensuring SOP adherence, compliance, and audit readiness. Oversee QA staff, analyze quality data and trends, produce executive reporting, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and maintain operational risk and quality KPIs.
