Provide Level 2 production support for mission-critical banking applications to ensure high availability and stability. Perform root cause analysis, incident management via ServiceNow, DR exercises, cloud-native troubleshooting on GCP, container and Kubernetes cluster troubleshooting, transaction monitoring with Actimize/Prime/Mantas, scripting in Python/Java/SQL/YAML, Red Hat Linux/Unix system diagnostics, and middleware/WebLogic performance tuning and integrations.

Lead Industrials coverage client engagements, prepare presentations, drive transaction execution and origination, coordinate junior staff, build financial models, support recruitment and intern programme, and apply AI tools to improve workflows.

Manage electronic precious metals e-spot risk in APAC, monitor positions and liquidity, improve pricing engines and hedging models, work with developers on the trading platform, partner with sales/structuring to grow e-volume, and provide cross-coverage on linear voice products.

Own daily T+1 P&L production, attribution and variance analysis; investigate and resolve breaks; perform month-end SAP journals, reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation; produce MIS reports, QA checks, process standardization, KRI reporting, and engage with global stakeholders and auditors.
