The Business Development Associate will execute sales targets, connect with businesses, and support the integration of what3words in various sectors.

Develop and maintain the map site, account management system, and supporting websites using React/TypeScript. Collaborate with product and UX teams to implement designs, perform feasibility checks, build responsive interfaces on RESTful APIs, and contribute ideas to improve user experience.

Design, implement and maintain mobile automation frameworks (Appium/other) in Java, integrate tests into CI/CD, run manual and automated mobile regression, troubleshoot production/staging issues, and collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure consistent UI/UX across devices and OS versions.

Design and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end frontend test suites, integrate them into CI/CD, perform cross-browser and accessibility testing, triage frontend issues with engineers and PMs, and run post-release regression and production validation.

Own and manage product backlogs for APIs, SDKs and applications; define user stories, run sprints, coordinate with BD, Marketing, Growth and Tech; collaborate with designers; prioritise roadmaps and deliver features on time while using AI tools to optimise productivity.
