Applies South Carolina real estate law, right-of-way practices, appraisal principles, and Uniform Act guidelines. Provides staff training and mentoring while coordinating with SCDOT, local governments, property owners, and project teams.

Leads traffic engineering and transportation projects, overseeing signal designs, signing and pavement marking, maintenance of traffic plans, traffic studies, safety evaluations, and transportation analyses. Provides technical quality assurance, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, mentors staff, supports resource planning, and develops client relationships and business opportunities. Ensures compliance with IDOT, Illinois Tollway, MUTCD, and local agency standards.

Establishes scalable capture processes, governance, stage gates, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with business development, proposals, marketing, technology, Salesforce, and other growth functions to improve pursuit effectiveness and organizational adoption.

Leads enterprise digital finance transformation across Oracle Fusion ERP, finance processes, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. Oversees strategy, design, governance, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement across R2R, Project-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and shared services. Partners with executives, Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, HR, system integrators, and external partners while managing a transformation team and delivering measurable enterprise value.

Part-time GIS interns will support indoor mapping field-collection projects in Illinois, working with GIS and project managers on technical duties and daily activities. Responsibilities include field data collection, documentation, organization, and presentation. The role requires working approximately 20–40 hours weekly from Friday through Sunday, residing in Illinois, and holding a valid U.S. driver’s license. Travel within Illinois may be required, with expenses covered.
