Lead subscription and ad monetization across Mode's mobile app portfolio. Own pricing, paywall experimentation, subscriber lifecycle (churn reduction, win-back), vendor tooling (RevenueCat, Superwall), and programmatic ad yield (AdMob, AppLovin MAX). Partner with product, engineering, and analytics to optimize conversion, ARPU, LTV, and retention while embedding AI tools into workflows.

Lead NGL growth and monetization by owning funnels and lifecycle metrics end-to-end. Define strategy and roadmap, write detailed PRDs, run high-velocity A/B tests, partner with Monetization, Paid UA, Engineering, Design, and Data, and analyze qualitative and quantitative results to drive DAU, signups, retention, and revenue.

Manage ad trafficking, campaign setup, and email marketing across display, social, and email channels. Coordinate creatives, monitor performance, troubleshoot tracking, ensure compliance, and maintain partner relationships while optimizing campaigns and reporting insights.

Lead development of native Android launchers and a reusable launcher platform. Integrate Unity-as-a-Library, optimize performance and memory, implement ad monetization compliant with Google Play, own releases from architecture through Play Store deployment, mentor Android engineers, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality and policy compliance.
