Own and optimize ad monetization and yield strategy across Mode’s mobile app portfolio. Responsibilities include managing mediation, waterfalls, pricing floors, ad placements, demand partners, creative quality, and user segmentation; analyzing ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, and LTV; conducting experiments; and partnering with product, engineering, data, growth, and advertising teams to increase revenue.

Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, analytics, and growth teams while applying AI tools to accelerate experimentation and reporting.

Lead NGL’s product, growth, strategy, team, P&L, and revenue end to end. Scale its viral consumer social platform while preserving authenticity, increasing engagement and retention, and expanding monetization through advertising, subscriptions, and new revenue models. Drive rapid experimentation, global expansion, talent recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration with Mode’s growth, data, and product teams.

Own day-to-day email and SMS marketing across Mode.Inc brands, including recurring newsletters, lifecycle journeys, campaign QA, segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and domain warming. Build new newsletters from scratch in CleverTap or beehiiv, analyze performance data, and use AI to generate copy, optimize targeting, and automate recurring sends. Collaborate with content, creative, product, and data teams while reliably meeting daily send deadlines.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across global markets. Advise hiring managers and executives, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct assessments, manage candidate experiences, and drive offers through acceptance. Administer and optimize Greenhouse, use AI to improve recruiting workflows, track metrics, and support employer branding and People Operations initiatives. The role requires rewarded-app or two-sided marketplace experience and operates in a fully remote environment.

Lead subscription and ad monetization across Mode's mobile app portfolio. Own pricing, paywall experimentation, subscriber lifecycle (churn reduction, win-back), vendor tooling (RevenueCat, Superwall), and programmatic ad yield (AdMob, AppLovin MAX).
