Oversees contract manufacturer test capabilities, automation, analytics, networking, remote monitoring, test infrastructure, factory uptime, DFM and DFTest integration, and production process improvements. Manages technical issue resolution, budgets, policy exceptions, IT interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, and executive stakeholder relationships while building team capabilities and aligning operations with corporate goals.

Lead high-severity cyber and product security incident response across F5’s global corporate, cloud, product, and customer-facing environments. Coordinate crisis workstreams, executive communications, containment, recovery, customer impact assessment, and post-incident reviews. Build AI security response capabilities, improve response metrics and automation, conduct tabletop exercises, and provide technical leadership across cloud, identity, endpoint, application, API, Kubernetes, WAF, DDoS, threat hunting, vulnerability response, and digital investigations.

Develop annual account plans, identify and qualify opportunities, manage complex procurement cycles, negotiate multimillion-dollar deals, and deliver executive presentations. Coordinate sales engineers, internal teams, systems integrators, and resellers while forecasting pipeline. Advise federal stakeholders on application security, AI-ready solutions, hybrid application delivery, and Zero Trust architectures.

Operate and scale an AI-security SaaS platform using SRE principles: monitor SLOs, manage incidents and on-call rotation, troubleshoot customer-facing issues, automate via IaC and scripting, collaborate with development teams to improve observability, reliability, and security-as-code.
