Partner with account managers to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery and security assessments, design enterprise secure architectures (network, cloud, SecOps), present demos to technical and executive stakeholders, and support post-sale transitions to ensure long-term customer value.

Monitor SOC alerts, triage threats using threat intelligence, perform log searches and reporting, follow incident response playbooks, work with customers and forensics to contain incidents, and create/update detections and automated playbooks.

Support design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and AI-powered HR features (agents, chatbots, recommendations). Collaborate with HR, IT, and data teams, build HR data pipelines, document workflows, and handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality.

Manage and grow government/public sector enterprise accounts for Fortinet. Drive new business pitches, close large deals, onboard clients, build pipeline, provide forecasts, and collaborate on RFP/RFI, proposals, and SOWs to deliver Fortinet security solutions.

Manage SMB renewals under $15K, drive upsell/cross-sell, own full sales cycle with partners and distributors, meet quarterly quotas, maintain forecasts and opportunity data in Salesforce, produce weekly activity reports, and surface customer/implementation issues to field teams.
