Provide commercial and transactional legal support for fintech and brokerage products. Draft, negotiate, and structure complex agreements (clearing, crypto, derivatives, API/SaaS partnerships). Build contracting frameworks, advise cross-functional teams on regulatory and operational matters, and help shape Alpaca's global legal strategy for product and market expansion.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain Alpaca's platform services, including event streaming infrastructure and authentication systems, while ensuring software quality and reliability.
