Partner with engineering leaders, develop hiring strategies and talent pipelines, manage concurrent searches, source difficult-to-find candidates, report on recruiting metrics, improve candidate experience, and use AI, ATS tools, and recruiting data to enhance hiring processes.

Serve as the technical product expert supporting enterprise sales: present demos, translate requirements into solutions, own technical engagements (discovery, RFPs, validation), create sales collateral, advise on regional regulatory/compliance specifics, collaborate with Sales and Product, and travel as needed to close and onboard partners.

Serve as the technical and product expert for enterprise partners across Turkey and EMEA. Own the product lifecycle and architecture for Alpaca’s clearing infrastructure, including brokerage, custody, ledgers, settlements, stock records, regulatory books, asset movement, and multi-currency support. Partner with engineering, operations, finance, compliance, legal, treasury, risk, and product teams to build scalable, regulator-ready systems across global asset classes. Translate complex clearing requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and production infrastructure while leading teams in a high-growth environment.

Own end-to-end enterprise partner integrations for brokerage APIs, coordinating customers, product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success. Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, onboarding requirements, issue resolution, partner communications, and leadership reporting. Serve as the internal voice of the customer, support feature prioritization, document scalable onboarding processes, and advise partners on API integrations, fintech products, and regulatory requirements.
