Greet and qualify touring guests, provide customer service, assign tours to sales agents, distribute gifts, perform data entry and reconciliations in CRS/Epiphany, prepare timeshare contracts, maintain PII/PCI-secure files, and support Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams.
