Lead a network operations team, manage complex global networks, ensure performance and availability, and drive operational improvements.

Design, write, and execute test plans and cases for ERP software across functional, interface, performance, security, and compatibility testing. Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Robot Framework, Playwright, Appium), run performance tests with JMeter, analyze and report defects, and support release decisions.
