Leads the FP&A organization and partners with executives on strategic planning, budgets, forecasts, financial performance, resource allocation, capital decisions, reporting, and earnings support. Develops short- and long-term financial plans, improves forecasting and reporting processes, analyzes strategic initiatives and investments, monitors operational metrics, and provides decision support to senior leadership and the Board.

Leads the global product management organization across roadmap strategy, product marketing, product introduction, demand planning, supply allocation, and long-term customer agreements. Owns the full product lifecycle for storage technologies, including portfolio governance, pricing, commercial execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional alignment. Manages senior leaders, represents product at executive and board levels, and drives growth, profitability, and succession planning.

Sustains, troubleshoots, and improves test equipment for high-volume hard disk media manufacturing. Responsibilities include test capacity planning, equipment transfers and buyoffs, installations, measurement accuracy, root cause analysis, process upgrades, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, ISO compliance, and technical training. Collaborates with Operations, Process, Quality, and R&D teams to improve equipment capability, throughput, quality, and new technology implementation.

Design and build production AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions for product engineering. Own end-to-end architecture, agentic systems, evaluation standards, data pipelines, AWS platforms, APIs, and user interfaces. Develop full-stack applications, establish technical standards, mentor engineers, manage developers, and partner with engineering teams to move prototypes into adopted production systems. The role requires hands-on Python, SQL, modern front-end, LLM orchestration, RAG, data engineering, cloud, and cost-aware architecture expertise.
