Lead test and validation of new HDD products from development through production readiness. Develop evaluation criteria and test programs, execute reliability and environmental tests, analyze failure and test data, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to improve product quality and validation processes.

Provide electronics and firmware support across design, manufacturing, and customer teams for HDD products: debug hardware/firmware issues, collaborate with firmware and HW teams, develop manufacturing/customer failure-trend tools, and maintain system-level test/debug tools and processes.

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives: manage complex global calendars and travel, prepare briefings and presentations, coordinate stakeholders across Thailand/Philippines and global teams, lead the Thailand administrative team, champion digitalization using Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Automate/Power BI/Copilot, track action items and projects, and handle confidential executive matters.

Develop, configure, test, and support the company HR & Payroll application and Workday integrations. Collaborate with HR SMEs on requirements and system design, perform UAT, maintain and upgrade systems, and troubleshoot high-impact issues using .NET, Workday, and related integration technologies.

Design and implement firmware data structures, algorithms, datapath and HW drivers for storage products; debug advanced drive features across hardware and OSs; follow firmware development processes; produce design documents and engineering analyses; learn and apply new firmware, hardware, tools, and methodologies.

Lead customer-facing storage architecture engagements, translate customer deployment challenges into product and firmware requirements, run design reviews and performance validation, and produce technical documentation to accelerate customer integration and inform product roadmaps.

Provide securities and corporate finance legal support to treasury and finance, including negotiating debt and equity financings, preparing and reviewing SEC and proxy filings, advising on corporate governance and compliance, managing subsidiary and entity restructurings, and overseeing outside counsel. Support Sarbanes-Oxley, Nasdaq and other public-company compliance and collaborate with tax, treasury, investor relations and finance teams.

Design, implement, and debug embedded firmware and drivers for storage hardware. Develop data structures, algorithms, and data paths, document designs, and investigate complex issues across PCs, servers, RAID, and multiple OSes. Follow firmware development processes and collaborate to meet product goals.

Design, develop, and maintain control systems and automation for manufacturing. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, sensors, drives, and instrumentation. Improve machine performance and OEE, lead root cause analysis, support installation/commissioning/validation, and coordinate across production, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
