Provide second-level technical support for EMEA/APJ customers of a cybersecurity product. Troubleshoot complex issues, own customer cases, collaborate with R&D, Operations, Product and Customer Success, and contribute to cross-team projects to improve onboarding, deployment, and product usage.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts across the UK. Own the full sales cycle, build strategic account plans, engage C-level and security leaders, collaborate with internal teams to tailor Armis solutions, deliver demos, and accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.

Deploy and configure the Armis platform for customers, conduct site surveys, install collectors, integrate with existing networks, provide onsite/remote technical support, create deployment documentation, and train client staff to operationalise and adopt the solution.

Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts (5,000+ users) within an assigned territory. Build executive relationships (CIO/CISO), craft account strategies, close deals to meet revenue quotas, collaborate cross-functionally and with partners, and manage pipeline and customer relationships using Salesforce.com.

Customer-facing technical CSM (German-speaking) managing up to 30 accounts to drive Armis platform adoption and value. Guide implementations, validate deployments/configuration, deliver executive reviews, track health and risks, liaise with Product/Engineering/Sales, and provide technical subject-matter expertise to ensure retention, growth, and operationalization of security use cases.
