Develop and execute account strategies, target executive decision-makers (CIO/CISO), negotiate and close enterprise security software deals, collaborate cross-functionally and with partners, track opportunities in Salesforce, and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations, deploy proof-of-value installations, lead technical training, support marketing and events, troubleshoot and develop new use cases, create prospect-facing documentation, and help close complex enterprise cybersecurity SaaS deals. Travel expected up to 40%.

Own enterprise sales strategy and execution for large, complex multinational customers. Build relationships with technical and C-suite stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, maintain pipeline and forecasts in SFDC, lead a pod of BDRs/SEs/partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Armis at events to drive new business and expansions.

Support governance, risk and compliance by collecting and managing audit evidence, document control implementations, update policies, assist vendor risk management, and complete security questionnaires while implementing automation (including AI) to streamline continuous monitoring and evidence collection.

Manage a portfolio of up to 30 German-speaking customers to drive adoption, retention, and value of the Armis platform. Provide hands-on technical delivery, validate deployments, deliver executive business reviews, track health via Gainsight, escalate product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to meet customer security objectives.

Sell Armis cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers in a Northeast territory. Identify and close new business (5,000+ users), expand existing accounts, engage executive (CIO/CISO) decision-makers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for global, English-speaking customers: own and troubleshoot complex cases, support onboarding and deployments, collaborate cross-functionally, create solutions and projects to improve product usage and customer experience.

Sell Armis cybersecurity solutions to state and local government and enterprise accounts (5,000+ users). Develop territory account strategy, identify and engage executive decision-makers (CIO/CISO), negotiate and close deals to exceed quota, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, maintain pipeline and CRM (Salesforce.com), and manage post-sale customer relationships.

Develop qualified leads and targeted pipeline for field sales through outbound outreach, qualifying inbound leads, and collaborating with Account Executives. Use Salesforce and Outreach, make high-volume calls, support marketing/social programs, and meet quota while attending quarterly internal and regional/global events.
