As a Paralegal at Hamilton Lane, you will support attorneys with fund documents, regulatory filings, manage legal documentation, and communicate with clients and outside counsel.

Leads end-to-end private-market syndication transactions, coordinating deal teams, product specialists, sales, legal, operations, and investors. Responsibilities include investor targeting, book-building, diligence, communications, data-room management, allocation, documentation, funding, closing, investor intelligence, reporting, and process improvement. The role will establish scalable syndication procedures, controls, systems, and operating models across secondaries, credit, infrastructure, direct equity, and venture capital.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, Snowflake, and Azure technologies. Build data ingestion frameworks, dimensional data models, and enterprise warehouse solutions. Optimize Snowflake workloads, implement data quality and governance controls, monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot incidents, document data processes, and collaborate with architects, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders. The role also involves reviewing approved AI-tool outputs and contributing to infrastructure sector research across data centers, digital infrastructure, renewables, utilities, and transportation.

Prospects new clients, services existing relationships, coordinates meetings with external partners, and supports regional sales plans for the Wirehouse channel. The role manages distribution relationships, researches accounts, resolves issues, tracks activity in CRM, identifies leads, supports presentations, and maintains compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Lead day-to-day fund accounting and valuation operations for 70+ private equity funds, oversee audits, financial statement approval, controls, fee and expense calculations, vendor relationships, tax filings, valuations, budgeting, and team development for an 8-person department plus outsourced partners.
