Manage the post-sale lifecycle for managed network, unified communications, and Microsoft support engagements. Serve as the client advocate and non-technical escalation point, lead quarterly business reviews, analyze ticket and service data, resolve issues, mitigate risks, recommend improvements, support account teams, communicate service value, and maintain client and OEM relationships to drive satisfaction, business outcomes, and contract renewals.
