Architect VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF) and Red Hat platforms (OpenShift, KubeVirt, RHOSP), drive VM-to-container migrations, champion IaC/automation (Ansible, Terraform, GitOps), and advise on licensing, risk, and operational handover.
