Lead evaluation and optimization of enterprise network designs for performance, reliability, and security. Manage PMO delivery for State, Local, Education (SLED) accounts: enforce PMO methodology, oversee project planning/execution, financial and risk control, staffing and talent development, stakeholder communication, reporting, and ensuring SLA and customer satisfaction. Forecast timelines, drive process improvements, and mentor team members.

Lead technical-sales and delivery for large, multi-site managed networking services. Qualify opportunities, design and price solutions, build executive relationships, scope deployments, produce proposals, coordinate deployment staff, and present engagement plans and P&L to internal and customer stakeholders.

Administer and optimize VMware vSphere environments for a Navy customer, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, HA/DRS/vMotion, storage integration, VM lifecycle management, performance troubleshooting, and capacity planning. Provide Tier 2/3 support, participate in on-call rotations, maintain documentation, and assist with upgrades, migrations, and hardware patching.
