Executes plant engineering and continuous improvement projects from design through implementation. Provides technical support for manufacturing, maintenance, facility assets, plant layout, process mapping, material handling, Lean initiatives, safety, ergonomics, and production performance reporting. Develops work instructions, capital appropriation requests, project schedules, cost estimates, and engineering recommendations. Supports equipment reliability involving boilers, furnaces, cranes, hoists, and baghouses. Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing facilities. Sources candidates for production, skilled trades, professional, corporate, and administrative roles; coordinates interviews and hiring events; supports candidate experience; uses recruiting metrics to improve processes; and builds relationships with workforce organizations, trade schools, colleges, and military transition programs.

Design, program, and support PLC/HMI/SCADA-based control systems for manufacturing equipment. Participate in capital projects, develop control logic and documentation, commission systems, troubleshoot automation, integrate robotics, motion control, vision, and industrial networks, and support Industry 4.0/IIoT initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers while applying safety standards and continuous improvement.

The Design Engineer will conduct structural analysis and design for utility transmission structures, manage workflows, interpret specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.

Design, integrate, and support hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems for custom manufacturing equipment. Create schematics, size systems, select components, troubleshoot during build and commissioning, and collaborate with controls, manufacturing, and vendors. Maintain documentation, support testing and risk assessments, and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement. Travel up to 10%.

Coordinate quotes and orders between customers and internal teams, process and schedule orders, manage front-end project schedules, resolve order-related issues, calculate margins/commissions, provide production control and engineering support, maintain customer master files, and expedite orders to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.

The Associate Design Engineer will perform structural analysis and design, process quotations, support drafting and sales, and ensure customer specifications are met.

The Associate Design Drafter interprets customer orders and prepares production drawings while supporting manufacturing and teams to ensure specifications are met.

Create accurate production and customer submittal drawings from customer orders and specifications using CAD. Review and resolve design issues, prepare sketches, parts lists and documentation, collaborate with engineering/production/sales, manage backlog and productivity, and recommend drafting improvements. Work reviewed by senior drafting personnel.
