Lead and own the IT SOX program end-to-end for an SAP environment: scope, test, remediate, and report ITGCs and ITACs. Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors, drive automation and continuous monitoring, manage deficiencies through remediation and validation, and translate technical audit findings for leadership while building a disciplined control-focused team.

Perform fit-gap analysis, create functional specifications, support development, testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT), production support, and training. Drive TM integrations with MM/SD/FICO, optimize transport planning/execution, and maintain system integrity and change management.

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations: create and finalize requisitions in Workday, schedule interviews and travel, manage ServiceNow cases, initiate background checks, audit offer letters, and meet SLA/activity metrics to deliver a compliant, positive candidate experience.

Develop and productionize ML solutions for surgical workflow and robotic platforms. Build MLOps pipelines, curate datasets, train and deploy deep learning models, manage cloud and edge infrastructure, and collaborate across engineering and data science teams to operationalize models and monitoring.

Design, implement, and maintain embedded Linux platform software and multi-threaded C/C++ applications for a surgical robotic system. Integrate and debug hardware (FPGA, PCIe, DMA, custom ASICs), develop kernel drivers and BSP, analyze system reliability and performance, participate in verification/validation, mentor junior engineers, and support manufacturing transfer and clinical activities.

Lead Salesforce technical design and delivery: gather requirements, architect solutions, develop custom Salesforce applications and integrations, mentor developers, ensure quality and alignment with sales/marketing processes, and provide technical leadership across the SDLC.
