Lead regional talent management for North America manufacturing: succession planning, leadership and employee development, program localization, change management, coaching, OD initiatives, vendor management, and reporting to drive engagement and manufacturing leadership capability.

Lead the New Products Supply Chain team to manage sourcing, procurement, supplier relationships, risk mitigation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination for successful medical device product launches.
