Integrate hardware/software prototypes, develop teleoperation and real-time embedded software, perform safety analysis and testing, lead early systems engineering, and document and protect intellectual property to transition concepts toward productization.

Own and deliver defined supply chain digital product capabilities from discovery through adoption. Lead cross-functional implementations, prioritize backlogs, define requirements and acceptance criteria, ensure release readiness, drive supplier and user onboarding, track KPIs and adoption, and manage vendor/IT delivery to realize measurable supply chain value.

Lead UK & Ireland product and digital marketing for Intuitive's surgical platforms and digital solutions. Develop value messaging, go-to-market and launch strategies, KOL programs, sales enablement, analytics to drive adoption, and event/product demonstrations while collaborating with EU and regional teams.
