Owns designs from concept through prototyping, verification, manufacturing transfer, and sustaining engineering. Performs tolerance analysis, FEA, testing, root-cause analysis, and DFM/DFA optimization. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, and supplier teams while producing technical documentation and supporting compliance. Mentors junior engineers and contributes to design-process improvements.

Leads supplier engineering for electronic assemblies, ensuring quality, cost, capacity, delivery, and risk objectives. Drives PCBA manufacturing qualification, DFM reviews, process validation, supplier selection, corrective actions, change management, and continuous improvement. Partners with design engineering and contract manufacturers on new product introduction, supplier ramp readiness, process capability, and cost reduction. Develops supplier metrics and communicates data-driven recommendations to management while managing multiple projects and supplier relationships.

Supports the Italian marketing team by coordinating promotional materials, budgets, demo room bookings, material orders, event recruitment workflows, Salesforce updates, and local event contracts. Tracks deadlines, manages documentation and priorities, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders while supporting marketing programs, projects, customer events, and communications.

Leads technical development of multiple advanced energy medical-device programs from benchtop through clinical use and manufacturing transfer. Owns architecture, requirements, verification, risk management, budgets, schedules, staffing, and resource prioritization. Directs cross-functional hardware and software teams, supports quality and regulatory activities, prepares agency submissions, advises executives, develops intellectual property, and builds engineering leadership talent. Requires deep embedded electrical engineering expertise, regulated product-development experience, and substantial people and portfolio management experience.

Develop and maintain field service documentation for complex medical device hardware. Independently investigate systems through laboratory, engineering, and field demonstrations; translate technical concepts into clear procedures; establish documentation standards; manage document releases and change records; improve workflows and tools; and mentor junior writers and contractors. The role requires strong technical judgment, DITA XML expertise, Adobe tools proficiency, medical device experience, and on-campus laboratory work at least three days weekly.

Leads complex, cross-functional digital programs involving software delivery, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, and operational readiness. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, quality, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication across business units and external partners. Drives prioritization, phase-gate discipline, conflict resolution, and process improvements while ensuring infrastructure-intensive initiatives deliver successful outcomes in a regulated medical-device environment.

Coordinates and improves global talent management programs, including onboarding, leadership development, talent reviews, and succession planning. Manages project plans, events, vendors, budgets, communications, reporting, analytics, and stakeholder support. Uses technology and AI-enabled tools to improve scalability and participant experiences while partnering with HR teams, leaders, employees, and external providers.
