Own end-to-end international payroll across multiple jurisdictions, manage third-party providers, ensure statutory compliance and internal controls, support payroll accounting and reconciliations, coordinate with HR and finance stakeholders, and lead payroll system implementations and integrations (Workday, CloudPay).

Design, build, and own backend Python services, high-throughput data ingestion pipelines, and AI/LLM-powered analyst agents (LLM tool integrations, prompt engineering, structured outputs). Contribute to architecture, observability, reliability, and operational support while collaborating with domain experts and optimizing compute-heavy systems.

Write and execute manual and automated tests (front-end and back-end), document workflows, test REST APIs, create Zephyr test cases, automate regression with Claude Code and Playwright, integrate tests into CI, and maintain QA procedures and standards.
